It's really disappointing that I have to rate this with just one star. Not due to the customer service (though they did call me by a totally random name that wasn't mine), but because of some strange problems with my order. Luckily, I got a full refund for the items I wanted, but one product never showed up (they couldn't even track it anymore) and there was another issue where something didn't register in my order. I've bought a bunch of stuff from them before and was always happy, so I'm baffled by what's happening. It truly is a letdown; if they let me know these problems were sorted out, I wouldn't think twice about ordering again since their products are top-notch.

I was really looking forward to snagging a jacket from the series website. I completed the order, made the payment, and was just hanging tight for the shipment confirmation to hit my inbox.
